Athr provides two payment options for its customers:

Payment option 1:
Example for a property cost of AED1 million with 50:50 payment plan

The total cost of the property (e.g. AED1,000,000) is split between the buyer, who pays 50% of the property value (e.g. AED500,000) with a down payment of 25% of the total cost (e.g. AED250,000) and the vacation homes company, who covers the other share of AED500,000 in full.

The remaining 25% balance (e.g. AED250,000) for the individual buyer will be paid in equal installments over the chosen tenure of the payment plan; e.g. 3 or 5 years. The monthly installments for the individual buyer are fixed to AED4,166/ 60 months, or AED6,944.50/ 36 months respectively.

No hidden fees if you buy with Athr:

  • Agency commission = AED0.00
  • DLD registration fee = AED0.00
  • NOC and any other property transaction fees = AED0.00
  • Fixed DEWA fee = AED2,650/ month
  • Fixed property operation fees = AED1,750/ month
  • Fixed chiller fee (Empower/Emicool)
    = AED2,500/ month for studio and 1-bedroom apartments
    = AED3,750/ month for 2- and 3-bedroom apartments
Payment option 2:
Example for a property cost of AED1 million with 25:75 payment plan

The total cost of the property (e.g. AED3,000,000) is split to 25% and 75% with the first being the down payment. (e.g. AED 750,000)

The remaining 75% balance (e.g. AED750,000) will be paid in equal installments over the chosen tenure of the payment plan; e.g. 3 or 5 years. The monthly installments for the individual buyer are fixed to AED 12,500/ 60 months, or AED 20,800 / 36 months respectively.

Final installment plans may vary and are subject to terms and conditions by the developer.
